About the Journal

The Chetana’s Journal of Management aims to provide a platform for researchers to publish their original research in the fields of social sciences, commerce, business management, and industrial psychology, disseminating knowledge.

‘Chetana’s Journal of Management is a double-blind peer-reviewed bi-annual journal with ISSN No. 0976- 0628 (Print Version). The journal is indexed in the ProQuest Database and J-Gate. The journal will be shortly available as Open Access Publication through Open Journal Systems.

The journal promotes the submission of empirical articles. When submitted to the journal, theoretical contributions should possess original motivation or modeling structure. Empirical analysis must be grounded in a theoretical framework and have practical implications.  The similarity with other published or unpublished articles should not be more than 10%.
