Abstract

Nomophobia, the fear of being without a mobile phone, has become increasingly prevalent among adolescents due to the ubiquitous use of smartphones in daily life. This emerging phenomenon is linked to various psychological and behavioral issues. This study investigates the prevalence of nomophobia among eighth and ninth-grade students and its relationship with gender, anxiety, sleep hygiene, self-esteem, and social media addiction
