Author Instructions
The editors invite original unpublished empirical and theoretical papers, case studies and scholarly articles consistent with the scope of the journal.
1. Chetana’s Journal of Management is a biannual journal of Chetana's Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. It invites original unpublished empirical and theoretical papers, case studies and scholarly articles on all aspects of Management thoughts, research and practices. The Journal welcomes innovative and preferably research-based articles in the area of Management. Papers are processed through a peer review process. To allow blind review, authors are advised to provide their identification, affiliation etc. in a separate sheet and nowhere in the main text.
2. The paper/article should be typed in MS Word on A-4 paper size in double space with 1’2” margin on the left side and a 4” margin on the right side, typed in Times New Roman 12-point font size justified text. Ensure that figures and tables are numbered.
3. The cover page should provide the title of the paper, name(s), designation and contact details of the author(s), along with a short biography of the author(s) within 100 words.
4. The paper/article should not exceed 15 typed pages including graphs/ tables /appendices or 5000 words. The tables and figures should appear in the document as required. The paper/article should start with an introduction and should end with a conclusion.
5. A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length 300 words). The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions.
6. Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords.
7. Plagiarism: Ensure the plagiarism percentage is below 10% (checked via Turnitin)
8. AI-Generated Content : No AI-generated content is acceptable in your chapter. The use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools for artwork, book covers, or graphical abstracts is strictly prohibited. A zero AI content policy applies
9. All notes must be serially numbered and may be given either at the end of the paper as notes or on every footnote.
10. The first author of every published paper will be given one hard copy of the journal.
11. The views expressed in the articles are those of the authors and do not represent the views of CIMR.
12. Every paper must be accompanied by a declaration that the paper has not already been published nor submitted to any journal for publication.
13. Manuscripts, which do not meet the novelty, significance, and competence criteria (Aims & Scope of the journal) will be returned to authors at the discretion of the Editor.
14. References and citations: APA 7th style. There should be no mismatch between citations and references, please cross-check before submission. Refrain from using references older than five years
15. Ensure the document is submitted in Word format only (no PDFs).
